The site looks dated and a redesign keeps getting deprioritised
Nothing has changed since 2019. People show up, take one look, and leave before they scroll. Your sales team noticed too, so now they send a deck instead of a link.
Research shows visitors decide whether they trust a site in about 50 milliseconds, well before they read anything. That makes your company profile either a sales asset or a quiet liability. Each page is designed so its look backs up what you say about your work.
Built with tools your team can open, review, and keep using.
Strong company profile design removes hesitation. Each section quietly answers a question your visitor has in mind. Who are these people. Can they actually do what I need. Is there a reason to trust them. Your pages are laid out so those answers land before anyone has to go looking for them.

You've grown, repositioned, or moved into new markets. The site still shows the company you were three years ago, and enterprise prospects pick up on the gap.
Desktop is fine. On a phone the layout breaks, text shrinks, and the buttons are awkward to tap. That's a problem when more than 60% of Indonesian web traffic comes from mobile.
There's plenty of information but no real path through it. People aren't sure what to click, whether the contact form is for them, or what you actually want them to do.
Each step produces something you can review. You sign off before we move to the next one, and every hand-off is written down so nothing gets lost between stages.
Your current brand assets and three to five competitor sites get reviewed together. From there, you settle on a design direction that sets you apart in your market.
Before any design work, the pages and information order are mapped out: what each page says, how the pages connect, and the action each one is built to drive.
Simple low-fidelity wireframes that fix the layout, the sections, and the order of content. You review and approve these before we touch visual design.
The full visual design in Figma, covering interaction states, animation specs, mobile breakpoints, and a component library. Three rounds of revisions are included.
An annotated Figma file with spacing, typography, animation timing, and component notes. Your developers get what they need without a meeting for every small decision.
Real files, working pages, and numbers you can check. Not a slide deck of promises.
People register competence from visual cues long before they process copy. Your site is designed for that first, almost instant impression.
You get three full rounds of revisions, and the site doesn't go live until you're confident it represents the company well.
More than 60% of Indonesian web traffic is on mobile, so your design starts there and scales up to larger screens from that base.
You get a component library and design tokens alongside the site, so adding a page down the road doesn't mean starting over.
Both come with the design work. We help shape the content structure and provide copywriting support, working from whatever materials you already have, deciding what each page should say, and reviewing drafts so they read clearly. If you'd rather we write everything from a blank page, that's available as an add-on.
For a typical site of home, about, services, case studies, and contact, plan on roughly 2 to 3 weeks for wireframes and another 2 to 3 weeks for high-fidelity design, depending on how many pages there are. The three revision rounds are part of that schedule.
We can, but we'll point out where it gets risky. If you redesign the homepage and leave the inner pages alone, the jump between them looks off and works against the impression you're after. We'll tell you honestly how much of the site really needs to move together.
We start with a brand audit of your logo, colours, typography, and any guidelines you already have. The new design builds on those assets rather than replacing them, so the site feels like a natural extension of your brand. Where your brand is dated or inconsistent, we flag it and propose a tightened direction for you to approve.
Three full rounds of revisions are included in the high-fidelity design phase. Each round gathers your consolidated feedback in one pass, which keeps the process efficient and the design coherent. If you need more rounds beyond that, we can add them, but most projects settle comfortably within the three.
It means we design the phone layout first and scale up to desktop from there, rather than shrinking a desktop design to fit. Since more than 60% of Indonesian web traffic is on mobile, this keeps the experience clean on the screen most of your visitors actually use. Tap targets, readable text, and load order are all considered for small screens from the start.
You do. The Figma files, the component library, and the design tokens are all handed over to you at the end of the project. You're free to keep using them, hand them to another team, or build on them later without depending on us.
Either works. We can design around imagery you already own, source suitable licensed stock, or art-direct a photo shoot if your budget allows. If imagery is a gap, we'll tell you early so it doesn't hold up the build, and we'll specify the exact sizes and crops your team needs.
We need you most at three points: the kickoff, the wireframe review, and each revision round. Between those, we work independently and come back with something concrete for you to react to. Plan on a few hours of review time per milestone rather than ongoing day-to-day involvement.
For a standard site of home, about, services, case studies, and contact, design usually runs about 4 to 6 weeks: 2 to 3 weeks for wireframes and another 2 to 3 weeks for high-fidelity design, including the three revision rounds. More pages or extra revision rounds extend that. We give you a milestone schedule at kickoff so you know what's due when.
Tell us where things stand right now. Within one working day we'll get back to you with a straight assessment of scope, timeline, and cost. There's no commitment to go further.
